The largest and most spacious room is dedicated to the most important and well-known historical figure of these places, Matilde of Canossa.

A muffled and welcoming transparency of color, which recalls the delicacy of newly bloomed roses. The light that filters through the window at dawn seems to transport you between reality and dream.

A room that wants to be a grateful homage to mother nature and all her wonders
The Bandit's Dream
Room dedicated to a patriot and dreamer who fought for ideals of justice during the Risorgimento and Mazzinian era
nineteenth century
This room is dedicated to the courage, generosity and heroism of a battalion of Tuscan students and professors who on 15 April 1848 passed along the ancient ducal road visible from the windows of the farmhouse.
